Clinical Allied Health is a specialist Section of the APSR Clinical Respiratory Medicine Assembly,and led by Dr Shirley P C Ngai (Hong Kong).

Mission:

The Clinical Allied Health Section is one section under the Clinical Respiratory Medicine Assembly. We aim to unite allied health professionals, promote clinical practice and uplift research in the respiratory field in the Asia-Pacific region. The Section serves as a platform for members to share, discuss and learn from each other through continuous professional development and educational activities.

Interests:

  • Training and continuous education in the respiratory field for allied health professionals
  • Recent advances in clinical practice
  • Promoting interprofessional management of respiratory diseases
  • Promoting research on clinical respiratory disease management

Who should join:

All APSR members who are interested in sharing clinical expertise and knowledge, setting up collaborative network and contributing to the professional development in the clinical respiratory practice are welcome to join. The current Section Leader is Dr Shirley Ngai from Hong Kong. Please feel free to contact her if you have any ideas.

Section membership

Clinical Allied Health Section membership is open to all members of the Clinical Respiratory Medicine Assembly.

A member may join up to two Sections.
