APSR Medal
The Medal is awarded by the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR) in appreciation for the awardee's commitment to the advancement of respirology in the Asia-Pacific region, including major achievements in advocacy, teaching, clinical practice and leadership, enshrining excellence in respiratory research and research translation, and for the exceptional contribution made to the growth of the APSR.
Only one Medal is bestowed annually.
In addition to receiving a commemorative plaque, the awardee is invited to the Gala Dinner (or similar social event) at the Congress
Eligibility:
The awardee must be an APSR member
Nominations:
Nominations should include an introduction (curriculum vitae) together with reasons for the recommendation.
Self-nominations can be submitted.
Nominations should be sent to the APSR Secretariat (APSRinfo@theapsr.org) before 28 February 2019
