The APSR2014 Online Registration closed at 23:59hrs on Friday 31 October 2014 (Jakarta time). Thereafter, only walk-in registration in Bali was available. For walk-in registrations, congress materials including congress bag, programme book, etc., was available on first-come-first served basis only.

- Access to the main conference, its symposiums, lunches and gala dinner & cultural night will strictly be granted to BADGE HOLDERS only. Please note that all attendees must register.
- Registration confirmation will be issued upon payment received at prevailing rate on the date of payment. Confirmed registrant's badge can be collected upon arrival at the congress venue.
- Fee includes: Name Badge, Conference Bag, Program Book, Refreshments, Lunches, Access to Conference Sessions and Trade Exhibition Area, Certificate of Attendance.
- For Onsite Registrations made after 31 Oct: Name badge, conference bag, programme book will be available on first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
- Accompanying Person Fee includes: Access to Trade Exhibition Area and General Area only.

*Workshop attendance is optional. Admittance to the workshop will strictly be limited to confirmed workshop registrants only. Registration will be open until seats are fully booked. Once a session is full, no further registration to will be accepted. This is to ensure that all who are involved in the workshop receive all resources as allocated.
