* Student: In order to register under this category you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from the head of your department confirming your status.

Fees for all conference participants include:

  • Attendance to scientific sessions (excluding workshops at extra fee)
  • Delegates congress materials
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Refreshments during breaks as indicated in the programme
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Closing Ceremony

Fees for accompanying persons include:

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Half-day Tour

Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows:

    Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

    Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration cancellation policy

In case of cancellation at any stage, the bank transfer administration fee (30 USD) will not be refunded.

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the deadlines below to reg_apsr16@kenes.com

  • Cancellations received up and including 12 September 2016: full refund
  • Cancellations received between 13 September and 12 October 2016: 50% refund
  • Cancellations received from 13 October 2016: no refund
