• The final presentation schedule will be informed 5-8 weeks prior to the congress.
• Presenters are required to send presentation PowerPoint file via email to the programme team before 1 November 2019 and/or save it in a USB memory device or CD and submit it to the Speaker Room (1st floor) at least one day before the scheduled session.
• Presentations with image/video clips may be submitted in advance via email.
• Presenters should be at the session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. It is their personal responsibility to check their presentation beforehand.
• Each presenter is given 7 minutes to present their paper followed by 3 minutes open discussion (led by the Session moderator).
