Poster presentation guide

• Poster presentations will be held on 15-16 November 2019 in the Exhibition Hall, ground floor, National Convention Centre, Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Each poster display should be confined within the limits of the area assigned: 90 cm wide x 120 cm high (Portrait orientation)
• The display should include:
  • Title, author name(s) and institution
  • Short summary
  • Introduction to background and objectives
  • Description of the methodology
  • Summary of results
  • Conclusions
  • Tables, graphs and pictures (coloured, if possible)
• The text of the display should be readable from a 1-metre distance
• Authors shall install and remove their posters according to the following schedule:
  • Poster Session I: 9:00 - 12:00, 15 November 2019
  • Poster Session II: 14:00 - 17:00, 15 November 2019
  • Poster Session III: 09:00 - 12:00, 16 November 2019
  • Poster Session IV: 14:00 - 17:00, 16 November 2019
• Authors should be available at their poster during any allocated poster session. Sessions will be limited to maximum of 3 minutes per poster and will be led by the facilitator.
