Terms of Payment:

1. Full payment is required within 1 month after the reservation date and can be made in the form of: Credit Card ONLY (VISA and Master are accepted).
2. If you have any problem regarding the payment, you shall contact secretariat office at exhibition@apsr2008.org or call at 662-229-3333.

Conditions:

1. Space allocation will be assigned on "First come, First served" basis upon N.C.C. Management and Development Co.,Ltd. receiving the submission of this application form.
2. If the Applicant fails to make the payment within 1 month after his/her reservation date, the organiser reserves the right to cancel his/her reservation without notice.
3. The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application and determine the number and location for each Applicant.
4. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on circumstances beyond its control.
5. In case the Applicant does not perform to the terms and conditions under this Application Form, the organiser has the right to change or cancel the application without refund any payment to the Applicant.
6. Please be informed that booth number 18,19,28,29 / 34,35,46,47 / and 52,53,64,65 shall be reserved as a package of 2 booths. The Applicant who is willing to reserve the area, please inform your interest to exhibition@apsr2008.org for further reservation.

Cancellation:

1. If an applicant withdraws, for whatever reason, after his application has been approved or at any time after submission the Application Form, the application fee paid will be forfeited.
2. The organiser will not refund any amount already disbursed by the Applicant if later the Applicant decides to withdraw or change any details under this Application Form.

Exhibition Fee includes:

1. 4 Exhibitor Badges for each 9 sqm.
2. Coffee Break

This Application Form is legally binding and the undersigned pledges to abide by the terms and conditions printed on the application form. The Applicant has read and understood herein contained and submits this form.
