Registration Guidelines
Registration must be completed through the official website of APSR2011 (www.apsr2011.org). If you have any difficulties accessing the on-line registration page, please contact the Secretariat (secretariat@apsr2011.org).
If you would like to use the Group Registration, please contact the Secretariat.
Payment
Payment will be accepted by the following methods:
- Online Payment
by Paypal (for USD) or by Alipay (for RenMinBi only) - Bank Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the according to the details for the account below. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail ((secretariat@apsr2011.org)) or fax (+86 21 6517 3899).
Please note that the fee should be transferred under the registrant's name and this should be stated on the receipt. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by the registrant.- CNY account:

Registration Acknowledgement
A Registration Acknowledgement Slip will be automatically sent to you via email after e-registration is completed.
A Payment Confirmation Slip will be sent to you via email within 3 weeks of receiving the full payment. Please contact the Secretariat if you do not receive a confirmation slip within 3 weeks.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the Secretariat by email (secretariat@apsr2011.org) or fax (+86 21 6517 3899) before 30 September 2011. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation. Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted. For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the Congress.

Letter of Invitation (application for Visa for China)
Participants requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the APSR2011 should contact the Secretariat before 30 September 2011. This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the APSR2011 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Any expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Liability
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for personal accidents or damage to the private property of registered participants. Therefore, it is suggested that participants make their own arrangements with respect to medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
